Intel is still trying to claw its way out of the mess BK created. He was in charge of the single worst process technology ramp in the company's 50 year history, and sold all his available stock months before delays were recognized internally and broadcast to the street. As if this incompetence wasn't sufficient, he fired 12k folks in the same year he hired 12k folks, with normalized data that showed the older you were, the more likely you were to get fired.
It is a huge relief to have BK gone, I wish legally there was a way to claw back the insane compensation he earned while destroying Intel for years to come.
Is he doing the same at CDK, simultaneously create a toxic culture with endless layoffs while setting the stage for major mis-execution? It takes a special skill to do both so well.
