I remember a few years back the range was given to us if we requested from HR. Guess that is no longer the case

I saw a 22 grade job posting that had like 85k to 148k which is such a crazy range....
The Colorado posting used to have the ranges posted. Checking just now and you can see they removed that column.
Not if you’re in Colorado. You can decipher the ranges.
I’ve asked before and neither HR nor my supervisor will divulge the bandwith range that I’m in. It’s all secretive which is annoying.
HR and your supervisor. Ask them during your yearly appraisal.
