Thread regarding VMware layoffs

An opportunity is ahead

An opportunity for all the racist directors, VPs, and the little first line managers is coming.

Many already realigned the teams in preparation for layoffs. They are waiting for the right opportunity which seems to be coming soon. Today’s quarter call will have major impact on the decisions.

It is a war between the racists at VMware and the rest of the employees who only want to do good work.

A few days to reveal. The impacted will be NSBU and many of the merged BUs.

@Thgv+15buxsiV, Your article is exactly on the mark.
However, it is important to note that people doing most of the discrimination are doing that based on language or region of India . They mainly Telugu and Tamil speaking. They want to only fill jobs with Telugu and Tamil speaking people. They discriminate against all other Indians speaking different languages like Punjabi, Gujarati, Marathi etc. I have seen this in many other companies in Silicon Valley. This behavior has increasingly become a norm in last 12 to 15 years. Each year around 300K new engineers or business graduates come to U.S on student visa from Telugu and Tamil speaking regions of India and they literally buy a U.S degrees like M.S , MBA etc thanks to the money greed of U.S universities who want to support their expensive departments and give nice salaries to teaching staff. These people pay 100K+ for the U.S degrees because they know that their fellow Telugu and Tamil speaking people in U.Sh–ech companies are going to hire them. It is all a scam that is supported by U.S universities. The M.S degrees are being handed out in record numbers and majority of them are obtained by these Telugu and Tamil speaking people. The U.S government does not care because most of the politicians get money for their re-election campaign by the hi-tech industry leaders. These leaders prefer Indian H1-Bs because they can be bullied and they are willing to bully others when they become managers. Believe it or not most American companies like bully culture these days because nobody wants to hear any dissent.

Wonderful! I was dinged by a racist white director, but was able to find another position inside the company by going through all the interview steps like a new comer. That Director was laid off the next cycle!

Any updates from nsbu?

WPO/Channel people were announced leaving, with their backfill announcements emailed DURING the global all hands, and those two top people are gone with no real transition, so it doesn't seem all that voluntary.

What are the Rumors people??!? More to come before end of quarter, or just replacing existing managers with personal picks and nothing to get excited about?

Full of c-ap as usual. The quarter was fine.

All this racist-against-white-people nonsense is hilarious
