If I hear “lean” or “governance” one more time, I’m going to hurl. Lean is Ulf’s word (F U Ulf you POS) and Governance is a Sprint word/process that was allowed to control every aspect of our biz now. Look, I’ll all for alignment and measure twice cut once, but I’m tired of building power point decks for Governance that wastes 4-5 days a month.
Our growth is limited. We are a pure mobile play with little upside for growth in a saturated market. T and Vz have a lot more to work with that we do. Only real lever we hsve is reduce opex.
There's no growth potential. The drive is to get leaner.

There's likely going to be a limit on the numbers of "voluntary" packages. Not everyone will get one.
We encourage everyone to adopt a proactive mindset towards their career development. It's important to acknowledge personal responsibility in our growth journeys. When considering advancement, take a moment to reflect on your contributions over the past year. Have you taken steps that align with the criteria for a promotion? Stop contributing to the victim culture at T-Mobile. Grow up yourself!
Another day at the Uncareer! Why don't they offer voluntary separation packages? Worried too many will take it?
There is no more growth opportunities since they did the massive layoff last year! They looked at head count - "number game".
Growth Opportunities have ALWAYS been ranked low. Because in order to "Grow" at SprinT-Mobile, you have to be kisser of hind ends to get promoted
