I try to work hard to support the customers we have left and the good employees trying to help them, but we have soo many horrible employees it's impossible. From sales teams driven by managers who don't give an F%$# about what is suitable for the customer to engineering personnel who are burnt out and don't care, we have them all. Management wants to know why customers don't want to do business with us, but why would you be surprised if you have id--ts running accounts. The sales management is even worse, most of them don't even know what we do.
When we have a resource that gets it right like the cloud team, the dip S%$&s push them out of the business. How that North American cloud guy is still here is beyond me. He should stop wasting his career and leave; he is just lighting his career on fire.
The worst part is our regular sales teams treat you with no respect and regardless of how essential you were during the pandemic or how you supported deals. Those guys in the North East are even worse, they treat people like they are subhuman. IDK why I continue to help them when it isn't my primary job. F&$^ this place, I am out...
