Anyone hear any more about the communications reorganization? Heard there will be more layoffs right after BXT said he was done.

@874 Stephen was an epic failure. He couldn't cut it in a REGULATED environment. He came from Macy's with all his grandiose ideas. Stirred up a ton of sh-t in the department. Treated leadership like sh-t. And is now fired. I also heard he was fired. Probably had a lot to do with how he talked to people.
@6wf he was not sacked, he left on his own for a position at a different company. The customer team is temporarily reporting under Operational Excellence until the position is filled.
VP of customer care Stephen Avilla was sacked. All of customer care now reports to VP of operational excellence
