Thanksgiving

What’s happening with Thanksgiving? Open only for fulfillment? Does a salaried manager have to be there to supervise??

The OOM is not required to be the execution duty on Thanksgiving. It can be ANY of the executive team . Last year the MBA was there because they were getting the registers ready for Friday morning.

Doesn’t seem fair for fulfillment to have to work and the company telling everyone their employees have the day off!!

Stores will be CLOSED to Instore Shoppng and Curbside Pick Up. But Fullfillment and Online order picks will be happening during the day. Those shifts would most likely end at 5pm local time for those to have a Thanksgiving Dinner.

Yes at least one executive has to be there the entire shift.

Fulfillment only, thank goodness

IDK about a salaried person. I'm the FF captain and I'll be there. I'd assume a Captain at the minimum, has to be there.
