@7x3 but why open a new NYC office ? Just hire more remote employees. A lot of top talent all over including Seattle. It seems to me that they just want to keep hemorrhaging money and lay off people

@77x yes, he’s a total drain on our company. With as many HR violations as he’s committed that go unreported because he seeks out retribution, it’s surprising he’s continued to skate by. We’d have a far more productive marketing team at Sunrun if you had someone who knew what they were doing leading us. His priorities are so misguided and his managing style wouldn’t be tolerated anywhere outside Lehi, UT. He’d be eaten alive elsewhere and he knows that so he pads and protects himself.

@4p3 are you talking about Jason Deelstra? If so, he is d-mber than rocks and knows absolutely nothing other than toxic / bro culture and how to create corporate employee propaganda videos that are not inclusive to a diverse work environment. The sad thing is, all of these LDS / high ranking VSLR Lehi executives can get away with anything.

@173 our current SVP of Marketing should have been fired years ago if he wasn’t so protected. Our entire team dislike working for him. He is not nice or welcoming to anyone outside of his immediate circle. Does not engage. People are regularly uncomfortable by his inappropriate comments. He would score much lower on the annual surveys if he didn’t personally seek out people who said anything bad about him. He creates a negative team culture and I think that’s reflected in the team’s low enthusiasm. It’s a very different work culture than what it once was. Put him in a role he’s suited for, because marketing is not it.
