Looks like the vacuum pump under HDG is trying to get a promo....what a crazy place. That one is responsible in destroying all platform capabilities by his incompetence (in software and true results...because social engineering... he is at the top)

Was just laid off unexpectedly. This place is already hurting and it will get worse. Goodluck to those working there. Good people were laid off. Troublesome workers still employed. The spin off clearly shows how poorly one side is run.
If they were going to split the company into lots of little pieces, wouldn't they localize functions as much as possible? Instead, they are centralizing functions in a manner reminiscent of the failed HON ACS Centers of Excellence experiment. Centralized HR. Centralized IT. Centralized marketing. Cross-functional sales teams. On paper, it looks efficient. In practice...
Does anyone believe there will be one company by the end of year anyways? Looks like they want to break it up and strip for parts.

Getting rid of a lot of the people that were a problem children but it would’ve been an issue to fire. Layoffs are a beautiful vehicle to get rid of these problems. Bad customer care players and bad sales people who did not do their jobs. More to come by the end of the quarter.
