Run and run quickly. USAA is not the same company anymore. Those of you who drank the kool-aide need to snap out of it. I left abruptly a few weeks ago for a better opportunity and I thank myself every day that I made that decision. At this point the grass IS greener on the other side. Once you leave you will realize the slave work culture and propaganda USAA created within the last couple years.

@vyj+1nBGExze The members aren’t self entitled, whining PIAs. They are as pi---d as we are. They remember the world class products and services USAA used to offer, and now anytime they call they get untrained, no skilled 3rd party contractors that tell them all sorts of bullsh-t that is usually wrong and they have no real way to escalate because managers and seniors don’t take escalations anymore. Calling USAA is on par with calling Comcast, flying Spirit, and applying for VA benefits. Its su-ks elephant ba--s. They (we) have a right to be pi---d. This place has become the express train to shitsville.
I wish RUN had lit up in Christmas lights like in first season of Stranger Things while I was interviewing.
