Whatever happened to this matter? Rumors of ex-officers goings to jail and the like. Supposedly it was bigger than the Kennedy Assignation conspiracy, Bigfoot, Elvis still alive and all other matters put together. I saw it for BS at the time and I guess I was right.

No indictment = no guilt. Lots of power brokers in the background (a major corporation, an int’l union, etc. Smile little one
Imagine thinking federal investigators would spend years interviewing witnesses and traveling all over the U.S. to gather every bit of evidence needed to prove a case…for nothing. HAHAHAHAHAHA!! They don’t waste their time or resources AT ALL unless they knew they have a substantial case and could prove it. But if it helps you sleep at night, keep dreaming. I’m done with this ignorance and stupidity on this site. At this point it’s just sad and pathetic.
No prosecution = no guilt, suspicious yes, but can’t be proved…apologize then
Why would anyone apologize for voicing concerns when it’s already been proven that those concerns were valid? What should have been a simple audit turned into the auditors saying they saw suspicious activity led to them investigating at least 5 years back of the unions books which led to a full blown criminal investigation? That in itself proves that whoever voiced concerns was right about their concerns. The damn auditor saw more in detail and was concerned as well.
“Stirring the pot” or getting rid of trash? Stay mad, you’ll be put in a cage soon enough. Nobody here kept quiet, nobody lied for you. We all talked when interviewed. You’re fckd and we know it. We also know you’re too arrogant to see that so we will continue to laugh at you while knowing what’s about to happen.
@enhz+1ofySF5I- Your right POW and they close it down. My vote is let them they have people who think they know it all running it. No college education just has a manipulative way of words. This place is going to be shut down just like the fort Edward plant.
As for the investigation nothing is going to happen at all. After it is all done those that got investigated will be promoted. So get to work and deal with it. The legacy will grow until GE/Verona shuts the doors and it will be sooner than you all realize. GE does not all the blame so they got Verona to take the bait.
@eafn+1ofySF5I, true but it won't change the balance of power, the union will still be GE/Vernova's bi--h. The industry is in an overcapacity situation. If the union gives the company too much grieve, pow, the site is closed or minimized at least. Have fun!
The end game is a legitimate Union. That means holding any individual who stole money from union members or participated in other crimes to primarily benefit themselves accountable. All individuals, who ever that may be, who chose to enrich themselves on the unions dime will be stopped and held accountable. Then the Union can get back to being a real Union.
How’s the weather down south?
Is the government required to issue target letters?
The government is not required to issue target letters. In fact, they are less common than you might think. Most of the time, the government does not want targets to know their status, for fear they might obstruct justice or flee. Most people the federal government indicts never receive target letters.
That’s what you base your denial on? Target letters are not required to be sent. Often times they’re not because the investigators don’t want the criminal to know they’re being investigated. Most people who are investigated by the federal government have no idea they’ve been investigated until it’s done and they’re being interviewed.
@ezos+1ofySF5I, Your wrong, just plain wrong. "Target" letters are issued to folks by DA's when they are under investigation. Do you know any supposed players that have received one. I hear crickets. Consider three parties, union, int'l union and GE all three haven't to my knowledge. Individuals maybe, I just don't know, but it's a long shot for sure.
It stopped being an audit as soon as they found suspicious activity. It became a criminal investigation. The audit was not big but the criminal investigation was. No matter how much you mock and minimize a United States Department of Labor criminal investigation it will not change the fact that it happened, it’s done, and it’s findings are now in the hands of the United States District Attorney. Mock and minimize all you want if it makes you feel better, it has no effect on facts.
JFK as-----nated on 11/22/1963. Warren Commission issues 888 page report on 9/24/1964 less than 2 years later. This Local 301/GE/Int'l audit must be big, no make that BIG, bigger than the assignation of a US President. Fools you believers are.
There will be multiple arrests. The investigation took years (the pandemic stalled it) to gather the evidence. It’s done now. They know everything and have plenty of proof to prove it. Remember, they decided to investigate AT LEAST 5 years back due to what they were seeing. Union and company people. This is going to get good very soon. It’s in the prosecutor’s hands now.
Who thinks someone will try to run before they get arrested? That would be the cherry on top of the “legacy” they’re leaving. LOL
Who cares I love my job here why do people post misinformation on here
@7rtq+1ofySF5I, no one is scared just pointing out the absurd nature of the original complaint(s)
Not knowing what years of investigating found and was just given to the U.S. prosecutors is scaring the sh-t out of some of you and it shows. HAHAHAHAHAHAHA. You earned this and whatever comes next.
Elvis is everywhere! The king walks among us hand in hand with Yeti. They both offed Kennedy. Soon to join him will be the corrupt Goombas. Watch out bad boys.
Fishing for info. because you’re scared, so predictable. The “audit” turned into a criminal investigation. It was recently completed. Find out time will begin shortly. Stay tuned.
I love when the union and company get worried. They always start to fish at this hole. Don't be afraid. This will be painless.
Karma and the Law take time. Its coming, regardless of what the criminals have told people. I sure would like to see the books at the hall. Oh wait! Thats right, the feds still have all those records don’t they? Maybe when they are actually done with this years long investigation, the books will be available to all the members to look over, current and retired!
