We may ourselves do wretchedness by that that we speculate about the unknown, or we may accept the truth that every worker peasant, wherever they be, whenever he be, may be cast out.

To @7mru+1v8nq5Oj -
How credible is your source information? Is it sure that there will be new layoffs early next year like Jan or Feb or March? Please elaborate.

Yes. That’s correct and Individuals are informed about it and the new departs are early 2025 (not the existing ones leaving end of Nov’2024).

No matter how many times it's written here, people don't seem to understand that the November departures are those already notified months ago. There were varying departure dates.

What a blessed relief that would be, getting anything done is just so hard now at TU, it makes me feel ill

These "credible" heads up come about every 6 - 8 weeks on this platform. And then crickets.....

These peeps should trim the fat at the top instead of the hard working middle class

Is it a new round of layoffs? Which departments are being cut? What more do your credible sources say?

The facts are:

  • maybe they will (don't assume you won't have to make changes in your life)
  • maybe they won't (no point in needless worry)
  • decisions are being made that are understood only by those who make them (what might seem logical to the serfs is irrelevant).
  • it'd be extremely difficult for someone to give a layoff heads up without exposing themselves.

It'd definitely be nice to know up front in order to plan around, but so would knowing your expiration date when planning retirement savings.

I dispute your source's information. TU just announced double-digit revenue growth. Those remaining are essential for this continued growth. Let's stick to the facts and enjoy our Thanksgiving turkeys!

Heard it’s just the people who were affected earlier are let go in November and nothing new?

Also Q3 results were positive.
