Sometimes it is better to just move on.... after demonstrating for the past 2 years that not much can be achieved while raking in stocks... she does thank all those team mates that never really delivered....but she did not want to fire

When people get demoted so publicly and stay on what does that say... they were never at that GM or even VP level to begin with... sadly. Blame the Sr directors below... they created the path for this to happen to them by fake irrelevant deliveries

It amazes me to think of how disconnected the workforce is from the top to the bottom. There is literally "fire and brimstone" at the top while LOB "leaders" and middle management are telling the bottom, "everything is going to be fine". For some, it may be fine because you can't fire everyone, but who is willing to wait and see? If the political gaming wasn't high enough, it just got higher. I'm out.

read carefully the email announcement.... No longer reporting to the Prez. a (new) SVP is in-between. Simple VP of (whatever) product management now...
No corp ever uses the words demoted or fired. but there are ways.
Interesting... We could say we have been acquired by FLIR, with toppings from Artesyan. This is how things happen... sad... but predictable.
