As long as the majority of remaining employees continue to put their heads in the sand and keep on doing work for two or more people, nothing will change for the better here. Just my 2 cents.

@7eon+1jPjeK0f, spoken like a true out of touch typical Crown manager. While you guys are still getting big bonuses and stock awards, us ICs are being ki---d by inflation with no way to mitigate it due to cuts in our OT.
I’m sure the economy is great for you. How hard is leading a team of 3 direct reports? You probably worn a total of 29 hours a week. It’s like collecting welfare.
Yeah, the economy is so bad no one went to stores or traveled over the holiday weekend. Everyone stop drinking Starbucks and is eating ramen noodles for dinner.
You won’t have to worry about it anymore. There are no layoffs and the great resignation seems to have ended with the economic downturn.
Yeah when that happened to me with 5 of my coworkers laid off and I was expected to do all of their work and mine (without a pay increase), supporting 6 different groups, I left. They can find someone else to carry that load. They still haven't and divided it across the region instead.
Maybe that should've been the way from the start!
