Hey, anybody seen...

@7byh+19ACqPhP. Look guys... sure a lot of companies in US and its close allies like Canada, UK, Aus and EU are good with going to the cloud. But the rest of the world like Russia, Japan, Saudi, China etc. that are Teradata customers are very hesitant to store their data on Azure, GCP, AWS etc. These countries will not store data anywhere outside their own borders and there is no way they will ever shift towards a cloud solution that is accessible world wide. There will be greater demand for hybrid solutions. Teradata has an edge over its competitors there. There have been data breaches on Azure recently that is making homeland think twice about its decision to be on Azure.

Once again Snowflake rears its head on a board relating to Teradata; these two are like a feuding couple trying to get the kids to choose a parent, while both are ships that are sinking.

@6cjs+19ACqPhP, but everyone doesn't prefer a cheap knock off that doesn't work. Have you tuned into the Pink List meetings on Tuesday mornings lately? Things aren't good

I think they come on here trying to pose as TD staff. There will be one soon as there are already layoffs at snowflake as they try to keep the sinking ship afloat. Bleeding money left right and centre
