Half of Wexford has quiet quit years ago. Management have actually turned a pretty nice place to work into an absolute he-l hole. And it will never recover as the team leaders/supervisors are only concerned about looking out for their lazy mates, while everyone else has 2 pick up the slack.
Alot of wasters hoping people leave so they feel more secure.
To be honest,I enjoy going to work these days.we had a period when they hired a few undesirables but they've been secluded and the last few years some good decent people have been brought in by hr which makes all the difference.feeling the same as when I started.how ironic if the place has to go.
