I left without any sense of guilt, because I knew I needed a job that didn’t consume my evenings and weekends. At first, I worried about letting my team down, but honestly, no one wins when you’re burned out and running on fumes. Moving to a role with a healthier balance has reminded me how much better life feels when work isn’t draining every ounce of energy you have.

Good for you. T. Rowe Price actively backs the most atrocious managers who make life a living he-l. I’ve given so much of my life to this company and there is absolutely no loyalty. The opposite, they sp-t on your loyalty and ruin your life. All because they are lazy selfish people who want to hold on to their own job. One of the most putrid corrupt companies I’ve ever had to r misfortune of joining.
Bonuses coming, mass exodus expected? Although wouldn’t be holding my breath for a hefty bonus

@OP Good for you! Believe me, many of us are behind you. Not just because of the frantic pace of this place, but because in return for hard work, long hours, and dedication, we will never be appreciated because we can't work for foreign wages as we live in the USA. I want a job where I am always not looking over my shoulder and that no matter what I do will never be "good enough" because I cannot work for 10% of US wages like people overseas can.
