SHS is a joke!
They get rid of Managers that’s good but keep people like Jennifer who takes the company Car with her daughter and shop , but she still have her job while others in Illinois losing there’s!

This 24 + yr old unit has been leaking water for
9 (nine) months , now it’s leaking oil. This is the 3rd (third) recall on this SPHW for the same issue.

The last 3 (three) techs chose not to wait for 90 + minutes for the parts NLA (no longer available)
process/ helper /RGC code required

Whats wrong with selling Kenmore through other brands?? People very much want to touch and see appliances, before making a purchase and Sears doesn't have a good enough physical footprint. Kenmore is absolutely doing great under its new CEO.

It’s official- we’re in the “Home Warranty Business”
(SPHW) per Mgmt.

Please disregard the fact that 90% of our revenue comes from appliance repair: AHS, Assurant, Asurion, CC, Home Buyers, Frigidaire, Samsung, GE, LG, etc

Also please be aware the best way to never see a customer again (and the customer will never hear another English speaking associate) is to sell them a home warranty.
The customer will magically become geographically inaccessible-‘no tech in your area’

Here’s the real jewel-
Management has forgotten about Sears.com
Where we sell …..APPLIANCES !
…we’ve cozied up with BEST BUY to sell appliances to our customers ?

The ‘NEW!!!’ compensation package is coming!!!

Regardless of how they promote it,
techs, on average, will earn less $/week

The sole purpose of this change is to reduce payroll expense

I remember clearly when they was talking about cleaning house in Chicago market. Getting rid of a senior tech over a missing receipt and having him interrogated over the phone.
Needless to say his spineless manager didn’t stand up for him, it’s all one huge bag of fraud and BS!
Now they’re talking about $16hr-$40hr for completions!! WTF!!?
Just close it down already! The LMTs doing side work and telling customers they can do the repair at a cheaper rate.
It’s one step away from a class action lawsuit

Well,he's at again.A new pay structure is coming for the technicians.It will be a base pay,plus an incentive for every call you complete.It will definitely be a cut in pay. More details to follow.
