How are the pay rises looking this year?

Instructed to change ratings from exceeded to achieved. I can't wait to leave this place. The people who actually DO the work are exhausted, overworked and just waiting for the first opportunity to leave. This place is just one knee jerk reaction after another. People...this is not the way other companies work. I came in thinking I could actually make a change but the constant changes are just mindblowing. Tired of the games and the politics.
I’m sure the major shareholder will be happy with the raises that have gone out.
Got 2.8% in UK for exceeded; and 2% for “promotion” - what a slap in the face!
I know people who got 1% or less. Why bother? It’s insulting.
I was promoted so with the increase for the promotion plus the normal raise for “achieved” my total raise this year was about 8%. Without the promotion, it would have been 2.7%.
3% at achieved with 98% of AIP. I have many years of experience and this was a slap in the face. I at least thought I’d get 5% for my contributions. My manager was “thrilled” to give me an increase and thanked me for all my hard work. I’ve been doing my job plus another since the role never got backfilled, and get to be treated terribly under the new org hierarchy. This was my incentive to look elsewhere.

@6sxw+1rqWtbFy Sometimes it has nothing to do with your manager. Skip level has override on whatever recs your manager makes.
If AIP is 98% then how did you get payout of 80% with Achieved? Is that even possible?
Got mere 2.5% increase with 80% AIP payout for Achieved. No joke. Disappointing.

- 5% — barely enough to keep up with inflation plus the new added cost of having to RTO. They’re really pushing for resignations it seems…
So is 5% a common merit increase this year for most or is that an outlier? I don't think I ever got 5% despite glowing positive reviews and being a self-motivated and high-performing contributor year over year
@2qje+1rqWtbFy No promotion. I got 5% with an achieved last year and was optimistically expecting similar, so I was very pleased. I’ve been in the role/band for <3 years, so probably at the lower end of the band still.
RE: @2cyy+1rqWtbFy - bonuses are paid by March15th every year and Salary rate increase starts April 1st, so the first check that includes those days you worked will reflect that.
@2kls+1rqWtbFy 5.5% with Achieved? Did you also get a promotion, by chance? I have only ever got a raise that high one time and it was when everyone got an across the board bump to bring their salaries in line.
Manager isn't on top of it w/ providing merit statements. What date is the payout this year?
Inflation is sitting at 3.1% at the moment. Anything below that and you are making less than last year.
Then if we add in things like an increase in health insurance or if you have to come into the office more (gas, maintenance, eating out, etc), then it’s more like you are making less if you didn’t get close to 8%-10%.

They told us in the last all hands that we could expect something better this year. It was not, same dribble as before. I was hoping for something better. It is not good.

They are not raises they are cost of living adjustments and even that is being generous
