Allscripts lay-off every May during last 10 years. What do we expect this year? Chapter 11?

Stock sunk to $5.74, would maybe go higher after transition to India TSC?
@6nwq+14H5RDKH: cleanups? From TCS? If you only knew.
No way that “5%” is accurate. I know for a fact at least 600 were laid off last month (“selected for the program”) and I’ve heard more to come.
Is that a 5% monthly, quarterly or annual?
Allscripts trims workforce by 5% - modernhealthcare.com
What will be announced in next Monday’s town hall meeting?
At the orphanage waiting for good home.
Allscripts can give these products to India TCS, and pay them millions of dollars to do maintenance and cleanups so they get out of their legal liabilities. Allscripts already did that with several product lines. All US based employees will be wiped.
What happens to the customers that already have this error ridden software and integrated software deployed into production?
While nobody is rooting for Allscripts to lay-off more people, it’s appears to be standard operating procedure here for quite a while. As much carnage as I have seen, I am just numb to it. Do as little as possible, concentrate on whatever metric to make my manager get off my back, keep my head down so as to not attract attention
Hope there are no layoffs tomorrow or anytime in May or for that matter this entire year. Hoping to stay in the job during this pandemic, please pray for Allscripts
I cannot stand this company anymore. When everyone is suffering from the pandemic virus outbreak, the company just keeps hitting you with lay-offs and paycuts. From now on I will just collect my paycheck without doing anything. Please just lay me off, PB. You can collect your millions, enjoy your private jet, yacht and mansions, and I will live much happier without see your face again.
Should they just be called Mayoffs at this point?
What could they actually sell? Hard for me to imagine Epic would want even pieces of this garbage company. What pieces are good, and could be sold without ruining the business?
It won't be a chapter 11 actually. I think the process will start selling off profitable BUs first then position Allscripts for a merger with another HIT family
