@6ed Bryan is here for only so long as Nelson Peltz wants him around. Once Peltzie has made enough capital gain based on the money SOLV will bring in from divesting more businesses, he send Bryan back to retirement and install his son-in-law. Don't laugh, he's already done that when he took over Chemtura.

He’s here for a good time, not a long time.

He’ll be out in 2 years; he’s a transitioner

And they still stand up and applaud him when he speaks like good dogs. I'm flabbergasted.

If you look close enough, you will see the strings attached to CEO puppet Bryan. He's a Marionette for billionaire Nelson Peltz, who spends more annually on caviar than most do on groceries for a year.

Bryan was all talk and good looks until Trian came along and bought a stake in SOLV. He could have fought Peltz and made his case why SOLV didn't need to go through massive cuts or divestures that Peltz demanded. Every where peltz "invested" in has been and emaciated shell of itself. The guy has been party to 10s of thousands of layoffs.

So glad I'm retired. The glow is gone from what could have been a successful spin.

I remember the euphoria among the employees as Brian Hansen strutted across the stage with his hair implants and botoxed face. typical, falling for the "image" instead of looking for the substance.
