Now they are in positions of power.. marketing, hardware, PMO, software and are “leading” others... allows blaming the others for their own failures while the money keeps coming into their pockets. Colonization is well underway....

Yup...just like Hon...invaded by india. Sad since they just can't actually get anything done and need to be guided and told what to do.

What a farce. Who is on top of hardware in Resideo? India. Who is on top of everything India... make no mistake... Resideo has been colonized by India. So get on with the program. Leave the company or be like a fleshligth and start increasing the vacuum pressure under the table...

There is no going back. Just get money as long as the company can give it. As for Honeywell, all the directors and above currently in power come from there... are you suggesting we get rid of them? Good luck with that. I saw a post that mentioned only 60% were affected by the salary reductions. Sound about right based on the meeting I was in. What a screwed up company we are in when people coming from Hon have managed to just get $$ for themselves and convinced people to blame “Honeywell” “there is a s—er born every minute”
If we bring software and hardware back to the U.S.A and hire competent marketing people we can reinvent ADEMCO. Ademco led the way in the industry, now we trail behind. Thank you honeywell for your gross incompetance and lovely outsourcing policies!!!

Why all this trying to rewrite history?
All directors and above have fat salaries and bonuses and laugh all the way to the bank.
Talking about how to be better doesn’t work because the incentive is on backstabbing and getting as much money as possible. Even developpers in Austin are getting now salaries above 200k, so why would they want to change the situation? To do the right thing? It doesn’t pay. Simple as that.
6bca ...yes, this is true. No one is purchasing our connected products due to lack of innovation and stability problems and constantly being down. The only ones people buy are VERY old models so they figured since they can’t compete with nest or Ecco bee milk what they can out of the 20 or 30 tear old models. Perfect example is we can’t fix our registration issues for the last 15 years and have simply ignored them. What did we do....installer model and get away from DIY. So now (and even before covid) no one wants a stranger in their house. Brilliant move. Now people are getting away from our security products like they are running away from our comfort products. I give this night mare 18 months tops then it’s a fire sale for a few pieces that are left here and there.

What a bone-headed response regarding Melville. The problem is the leadership that ruined Melville and let go of many of the folks that know about this business. I was with the company for 30+ years. I know the new leaders didn't know a damn thing. They totally ruined our business. Useless folks.
Silly expensive products only a few people would ever spend money on. Ignoring important customer needs. What a shame. But, the open-office concept and Agile was our savior! Give me a break.
A company starts to rot from the top. The top!. And they reap what they sow.
Our problems run wide and deep. It's not just that we can't deliver new products and technology to the market, but we somehow forgot to ask what customers want/need and instead became experts that tell what they need. This has lead to poor acquisitions and product development strategy. This company was built on a solid foundation based on trust and strong relationships with our customers. We still view ourselves as the leader in the industry, but a lot of our longtime customers no longer do. We have to be a technology leader but let's get back to the basics and quit trying to present ourselves as something that we are not, and focus on being the partner that we used to be.

LOL...and Austin and Bangelore can program? How is Lumina coming? Titan? Storm? not sure you have seen the c-appy, unstable products we produce or the plummeting market share so lets not point fingers at one location. We s— EVERYWHERE! If we didnt we would still be part of Honeywell and not be losing money and firing people all over.

The RIFF planed in Mougins are because Strasbourg is using their drone the backstabber premier in Austin to screw Mougins... meanwhile the Melville guy in charge of Mougins still believe he’s got a super friend with the backstabber.... Mougins is screwed. What a zoo.

Not sure on dates but thinking it will be in EMEA. So far all RIFs have been in americas.
