My voice results: keep in mind that 50% of the workforce now WFH 100%, so happier by default.

Call wastes more than an hour of time per month. That time could be used for something productive rather than pr bs

I want to know which company the people filling out MyVoice work for. It's not the same company I do.

My prediction for Thursdays agenda...

— virtue signaling around Juneteenth even though we don't get it off
— no mention of how bad attrition has gotten in the US and EMEA
— no mention of inflation and how we were screwed on raises
— vagueries around how a Recession is coming so hold onto your butts for layoffs
#BeWell BS

Here is what I will say.

Look out below
Certain promised number have not been reached.
Solution is headcount and off off shoring
Can remember if I know that or if it was a dream

Your point is well taken about the inflation and wages however I'd see the company going in the completly opposite direction.

Money is more expensive to borrow even though they have tons laying around they still borrow for defense of takeovers.

Since Met specializes in 'group' business as more companies continue to layoff workers as a way to hedge against higher prices their pool of income producing employee group members grows smaller spreading their fixed costs against less insureds.

I see them looking at disgruntled workers as a cancer that they are happy to see leave meanwhile those left behind will carry on taking on more work or they'll quit as well while a plan to offshore the work is devised with hopes enough of the talent still left can document the actual work.

I'd expect the annual October cuts to be substancial.

I predict that in the June LTL they won't discuss that US inflation is around 17% and won't discuss the 25% raises we should be getting.

Instead, they are increasing the number, color variety, and size of beads and bobbles that you can earn in Center Stage.

Instead, we'll have preliminary, sketchy results from "Your Voice". Sketchy, because they are working on how to gloss over the negatives.

They will discuss the day that the news of Abraham Lincoln's (R) emancipation proclamation finally made it to Galveston, TX (by Unions Troops), the Confederacy having suppressed this information for several years.
