Someone mentioned this on a recent leadership call and it was pretty much dismissed… the gal who asked a question expressed concern about how slow our systems are and she was basically told “not sure why you’re having an issue.. we had some of the best technology in the industry” LOL! Uh… nope! News flash Jenn, everybody’s laptops are SLOW across the bank and it’s been miserably unproductive!!
Guessing it’s all the stupid software they loaded our laptops up with so they can track us, but it has tremendously slowed laptops, outlook performance, anything Microsoft, and basically any system you want to get into! Incredibly frustrating to watch the mouse spin for 5-15 minutes at a time every time we click on something!
