2021 reviews haven't come out yet. Probably won't be out until December. So UP still has time for the 'Hat Trick.' They have a 2.1 right now but Norfolk Southern is catching up with a 2.3. We can't let them take away our title of the #1 worst company!!! Lance and Vena worked hard for that title.

It is never mentioned on the company website because that is pure propaganda. Only UP would layoff (and escort off company property) employees on a mass scale after record profits and then release “employee appreciation” special addition locomotives. But wait there’s more. Call now and you’ll receive a “we are one” locomotive because they care so much.
Why is this never mentioned on the company website? Every time I read some feel good B.S when I log on I wonder why this is never addressed. Most of us just shake our heads knowing this place is utterly miserable I would assume. It’s like if they tell us all about the few great things they do for certain groups, the majority of us are supposed to forget about the way the majority are treated here. I don’t know I just can’t believe how bad things have gotten.

Union Pacific is a complete joke
The sad thing is when people outside the company see the ratings they also believe UP has terrible workers. We all get lumped into the loser category, management and union alike because of these ratings. The ratings may be because of awful upper management decisions, but all of us work for UP and by default are looked at as bad by others.
Guess you could quit and go work at dollar general. They’re ranked 10.

The sad part is they don’t care about the ratings. The board of directors and senior management is very happy with what is going on.
