Board Pay

i asked a question about board pay and influence the other day & all questions are dodged by executive management. Why is it such a secret to no to disclose board pay. The CEO came in wanting to be transparent but he dodged my question. That is not acceptable. You call us cowards for not asking questions but once we do, you schuck and jive, bob and weave, and dismiss. Is this anyway to respect employees who have every right in the world to why such an incompetent and inept board got paid handsomely, and stood by and did absolutely nothing why the walls were caving in.

Favors and Schneider are way overpaid. Schneider does nothing to warrant her salary. How do you lay off 200+ people and keep a "head of comp" making over $300k per year? And Favors is all about herself. She has never cared about the employees and she never will. What has she contributed to the company: layoffs, benefit cuts, on-going nepotism, demotions, a ridiculous performance review process that has no impact, low morale. But those "heritage months" are real exciting. She gets to be the center of attention, literally. She likes us to see how enlightened she is, but we all know what phony she is.

how much does Susan Schneider make ? she is invisible. can't imagine she gets or sends more then 10-15 emails a day. Making tons of money and doesn't do much of anything. Why doesn't Rich see through this type of stuff. He's always on the road visiting clients but Favors and Schneider seem to have the Ultra cush jobs.

Yeah, ask the CHRO to her face what she makes. But she's shameless because she thinks she deserves it. No one there, other than the CEO, should be paid what she's paid. Not to mention the Head of Comp. Her salary is even more obscene considering her contributions.

Why ask about board pay ? Ask how much the chro, cfo, and ceo make right to their face and watch them squirm.
