I would be very worried if I were one of the decision makers in this company considering the departure of customers to other vendors. Maybe it's just my perception that they don't try hard enough to keep customers anymore?

@5ueu+1lMR5Ai3 Run. This company is going down the tubes FAST. CEO does not care about customers or employees, he's focused on everything but satisfied customers/employees.
As a customer, I don't know where I stand with Citrix. I spent over $1mm on my last 3 yr DaaS renewal, now my entire Sales team is gone. I ask the TAM about upcoming Network renewals as I have multiple MPX and a crapload of vCPU based VPXs. We have started evaluating AVD to replace Citrix DaaS.
I expect that TK will announce some form of customer retention plan
He will tell the customers to come into the office to sign their contracts and if they don’t, they can take their business elsewhere.
I expect that TK will announce some form of customer retention plan, to try and slow customer losses. Maybe it's already too late to change the minds of CIOs that see no future for CSG under the myopic mindset of Krause's cost-cutting leadership.
And, he has already alienated too many people.
It's not just your perception. They don't give a sh-t about customers or employees.
