The survey does get responses and the surveys are read by a group of nonbiased people who do not and are unable to determine who wrote them. Your managers or directors do not have access to the originals however some will get reamed and talked to sternly if negative ones received. This I know. Don't let these ridiculous power hungry horrible managers let you think they read them and have the power. They don't. They are a Flippin clown show especially on the navi side. I was invited to a small group meeting with Andrew himself. There were about 40 of us, open meeting, no topic off the table to discuss.

Sent mine and hope I get a 15 minute meeting scheduled. This company has taken great employees and completely burned them out emotionally. I am so over OPTUM.
The survey will get no responses but that encampment protest at the home office probably will.
