Did anyone have an OK EOY review with their manager or was it just "Blah Blah Blah" again like mine? Lol. Did the majority of people get 3-Valued Contributor again or did you get what you think you deserve?

OP here. @2kgd+1w1BHM62 This isn't a fake thread. My team doesn't talk to each other so I posted here. People are too scared to say anything or rock the boat. Dept meeting are painful and TH are even worse. So I think I come here like many others who don't always have others who will openly discuss things. However, if you want to think this is HR that's up to you. It's your choice.

When Employees do the bare minimum work, have Low Morale, keep their knowledge, skills, solutions and information to themselves because they will NOT get rewarded for them anyway, this keeps $hittybank in the Low Tier.

3/3 after delivering everything perfectly this year. Last year I had 1/2. This year was better than last year. Still I got 3/3. NYC Citi su-ks.

I got a 2 rating once. It's been 3s the 10 years at Citi. I work hard, team player, fast learner, implement process improvements. This was durning my C11 days. Still people who do the bare minimum got promoted, good raise and bonus.

I've heard some managers keep ratings low, so they can get a big bonus for themselves and their favorites

This is a fake Thread created by Citi HR along with the fake posts about "Loving" getting 3 ratings.

NO employee in their right mind wants lower salaries, lower salary increases and lower bonuses all of which depend on, are the result of and are a percentage of the Low or Lower Ratings of 3s and 4s.

Telling employees/Svckers that "maybe" they'll get 1s and 2s next year is just to string them along and Svcker them to keep working harder for salary increases, bonuses and promotions that will Never happen.

Yeah, maybe you'll get $1 or $2 next year. That's the extent of 1s and 2s ratings.

I got mostly 3s because, according to my skip manager, I just got promoted in the past year, and they don’t want to promote me again so soon. That makes sense, I suppose, although it does feel a little unfair to me because it’s also affecting my bonus and raise. They said if I can keep up my current performance, I’ll get 1s and 2s next year, but I’m not sure if I should trust them

Comp convos are in January. YE convos should happen now and deadline is 9th of jan for your manager to submit on workday or it will get auto sent to you before youve spoken.

People who should have gotten 1's and 2's were graded 3's or lower in order to justify lower Bonuses or No Bonuses at all !
