What’s keeping u from leaving?

2U as you once knew it is GONE. Advice… spend time on your resume, your linkedin profile, a few projects you can showcase, put your name out there.

The remaining management is done. They are looking for other opportunities and will fly as soon as they can. They can’t compensate or promote anyone for performance anymore, so their teams are drained and doing bare minimum. Do you blame them?

No chance anyone who’s left at this miserable dumpster fire s*itshow of a “company” isn’t looking for other opportunities. The only way people aren’t doing so is if they’re living under a rock. The job market is competitive right now, 2U looks bad on resumes, many people weren’t able to build transferable skills at 2U, and they still have bills to pay. No one wants to be at 2U anymore but they are there out of necessity.

Raises aren't dead if you're still valuable on your team and there's even less people to do the work. Go get another offer and either take it or leverage it
