glass door was letting companies pay to have reviews and salaries removed. As much as I hate this site, I know some people are actually real people

None of this probably means anything if all of these are really being compared to SWEs in India at $35000/annum as suggested by someone else on another thread in this forum. It's an uphill battle.
I8 PO Ireland. €98k PA and 8% bonus. Lots of RSUs but as my former colleagues have learned these are worthless if you’re being made redundant so cash them out.

Yeah @4vna+1umDcIya if you werent hired or swapping positions internally within the last 3-4 years you're probably out of band to be easily promoted in place

@1why+1umDcIya You'd have had a problem being promoted because youd be so far out of pay band at that point they couldn't find budget to promote you without hamstringing the whole team.

What does that mean? I left as I7 at 140k as well.
Was not interested in any promotion at Dell.
I don't foresee it being a problem getting a better pay bump with a new job.

most exerienced US based employees should come in around the $130k-$170k range depending on location (cost of living salary ranges for the area).
