@4uuz+16d2a2Ew no one said you had to stay, you just can't speak up.
And if you think it's different at some other company, that's cute that you think Boeing is the Only bad company
This isn't the 20th century, the masses are not expected to stay in the same place for 20 years anymore without further accelerating themselves in the sciences.
Also, Boeing is not your God or Higher Power, you don't have to stay and tolerate anything this corporation puts you through because you'll only blame for not following your own instinct.
Everyone want to change the world but no one wants to change themselves
If you speak up on unrealistic schedules or find a flaw that will set back the project or program and bring it up, you are labeled a non-team player in the corporate world. Even if you are completely in the right and it is not just morally wrong it is legally wrong, it won't work out in your favor. They will blame YOU when they get in trouble and you won't work for Boeing again. They can't fire you, but they will make your life hell till you quit. Not the hell people b–ch about here where they are p-ss-d because they are expected to do their jobs, but real hell.
Based on past historical data, it will be the ethical engineers who did speak up that will be placed in the "black list". So sad, can only choose one: your ethics or your job.
Only the unethical engineers who did not speak up and allowed the max to fly will be layed off.
We need to get rid of those pesky -ions. People work better without them.
