As the year winds down to a close...

...and the Solstice reminds us of life's eternal promise of renewal, I'd like to take the time to remember that Oracle chose once again not to give their employees any sort of raise despite the increased cost of living. #NoFocals.

True. Same in Europe. No raise. I wonder how they want to motivate their employees. All this Management mails on the result of the last survey don’t even mention the topic. I’m really done with them.

While earning record profits.
