My understanding is our CEO’s compensation in 2023 was 41% greater than in 2022. The amount was reported as $23MM, which is 150 times the median P66 employee’s total compensation.
I’m predicting 2.5 if you are at midpoint.
Then layoffs in summer and forced rankings. Heard forcing 4’s

Rest assured that the “midpoint” raise will something like 3.5 percent which means the vast majority of non-compromised employees will receive a ”market raise” less that.
Maybe that Indian outsourcing will give us a raise. @gogoman what u say?
The GoMan is offsetting inflation by zapping our merit raise.
My guess is 3.25%
We won’t get very good raises be cause that would be doing something for someone with no expectation of getting something in return.
