I have dedicated a lot of time to CVS, blood sweat and tears. The higher ups just can’t seem to figure out how they want to run the business and it keeps changing. It took them too long to figure out one DL for stores wasn’t working, FS looks horrible / RX not being able to keep up etc etc. too late for the change, we’ve lost so many great people. I believe my search for a new job thankfully has resulted in a better opportunity, less stress, better work life balance, even willing to take less pay. I have decided to never look back if I leave. The grass has to be greener on the other side.

Exactly what do you want the DL to do to make you a happy work place ? You answer to this person and you better figure out , it’s up to you to make your boss happy . When did this shyyyyyt turn into the boss had to keel you happy ?
The way to deal with this sh-t show is just to giggle to yourself because the stuff that goes on is hilarious it’s hard to believe this company is nearly worth a $150 billion.
And what happens when you have a good team, but you get a new dbag DL who has it out for you because they didn’t like you when they were your pharmacist ?
You never know what’s going to happen that will disrupt your paradise. The core of this company is rotten. You may just be a lucky one. For now
Been store manager at cvs 18 yrs never had a problem just roll with it If you get a good team life is easy
Last d o u c h e b a g post is why leaving is so appealing.
We’ll find you on another post complaining about the new company you go to
Depends on where you go
it is, the DL’s and above are the problem and all they do to fix it is create more lol. They are inept, micro managers who have no people skills, get out and go where you will be appreciated.
