SLT is not the executers, the workers are. What SLT did was not remove toxic managers who caused the best and brightest workers to quit.

wow! GF is becoming next Nvidia! Congrats C-BS-Os (Chief Bull S*** Officer)s
They need to be fired immediately and shouldn't even bother with business school. GF’s SLT has mastered the art of ruining successful businesses and wasting resources. They’ve truly outdone themselves in failure this time!
It just really highlights that they really don’t know what the fu-k they are doing. They are simply terrible at business but have fooled themselves into thinking they were good. But Intel, tmsc, Samsung keep eating their lunch. They are just pathetic. They need to go back to business school asap!
It's almost like GF's leadership is running a master class on how to take thriving businesses and run them straight into the ground. Chartered and IBM handed over the keys to the kingdom, and GF's "brilliant" SLT turned it into a wasteland. It’s quite the accomplishment—if their goal was to showcase how to squander industry leadership and burn through resources with zero results. Bravo, clowns, you've really outdone yourselves this time!
@1mif basically there has been nothing accomplished. Chartered brought over a portfolio, IBM brought over a portfolio and then GF just ran those businesses into the ground (BCD/HV & RF). They took industry leadership and pi---d it away, this is what happens when your SLT is a bunch of clowns!!!!!!

I'm genuinely curious: How did GF manage to underperform for so long without alienating their employees? It's astonishing to think about all the ways they could have made their staff feel unhappy and unvalued.
