Customer Here Feeling the Pain

Hello Amazon Employees/Former Employees,

I have been using AMZN for quite a while, and it used to be a life changer (especially during COVID)! Now, it's become a bit of a headache.

Items not shipped, lazy delivery drivers to begin with.

I usually check this page for my own company but with all these issues, I decided to check AMZN and alas, I see another company is compromising customer service to save a buck!

Just know, I am feeling the pain as a customer :(.

Comes March 2025 I will Not renew my Amazon prime paid for former employer simple as that! I shop at Amazon for convenience and can live without Amazon. There are tons of other places to shop it is just a matter of being flexible.

Go Alibaba, eBay! Cheaper, but wait longer.

Maybe you just have to wait longer or go to a store?

Update: 5 deliveries this week, 4 lazy drivers. Multiple complaints (11 years = 1 or 2 complaints; this month alone at least a dozen).

Time to wean off of AMZN. I spend a ridiculous amount each year (>$15k) and now time to give someone else my money. The amount of headache isn't worth it if I am going to have to worry about my subscriptions and packages being put on the driveway,

This isn't good-bye but this is me contributing to the next wave of layoffs. Sorry.

That's why there's Walmart. Buy at 200% of MSRP :)

Amazon is rapidly losing sales and customers.

What did Jeff expect with his mass layoffs?
