Yea? Why are the protecting the monsters who commit crimes? Most of them are gone from GF. Why protect them? They are the bad guys! And should be called out and punished. No need to be afraid of them anymore. It’s ok to discuss their crimes out loud they can’t hurt or retaliate against you anymore. Stop sweeping these major issues under the rug!

Our tag line should be - Globalfoundries semiconductors and se-ual harassment !

If you think about it makes a lot of sense that this is an issue. As most of posts on this board have pointed out numerous times all the sc-mbags deviants and criminals of the industry eventually end up at GF because they have no where else to go

The ethics org inside GF is unethical, basically if you are an exec at or above a certain level you get away with se-ual harassment. The head of ethics JT talks a good story but at the end of the day he is leading an unethical company.

I know of 2 SA lawsuits against GF that were settled through arbitration. Both occurred occurred in 2020

Jesus ! I didn’t realize this was a thing at Globalfoundries. And asking colleagues about it apparently it is pretty rampant. How is it not discussed or addressed by HR more publicly? Like hey there is a big problem and we are taking addressing it head on! They are definitely hiding this issue. I know we all hate those training classes but if this se-ual harassment and abuse is as bad as it sounds at Globalfoundries HR and leadership really should be addressing it very vocally instead of under the table shenanigans

I searched online for court records but could not find anything? Anyone have a link to court records for this case? In general GF is a very unethical company, it starts right in the ethics department with JT, the rules only apply below a certain level but above a certain level anything can happen with no consequences. Let's see how this one plays out, if it really did happen then the question is why wasn't it addressed inside GF and the director fired for se-ual harassment?
