Puget sound needs to get rid of the union

To many lazy people are protected by this dam Union. If everyone had to really work for there job or be replaced maybe we could build airplanes again. Managers same way there are some who need to be let go of vs moved.

The future of Washington is certainly not Boeing. Maybe start thinking about flipping burgers or get your CDL so you can drive one of the BIG trucks for Amazon. The future of Washington is Amazon and EVs.

@4lok+1gGJ2R1o I started my career in a union shop. I was literally let go because I did too much work.

I now work for a non-union shop. I get raises based on doing more work, not fired for it.

Union people claim they are "skilled". Well a skill is something you can get paid more for somewhere else. Yet they stay, when they are laid off, they can't get another job. Hmmm, I wonder what skills they have.

When Boeing pulls production out of Washington the people that want to build airplanes will follow. The rest of the people that do more to hurt production of airplanes then help will work for Amazon,! You will lose the best job you will ever have and your chance for financial security for your family.

Sorry to be the one to tell you but Boeing won't be operating in 2024. Bankruptcy is scheduled for early 2023. You need to talk to a chatty executive who is in the process of leaving.

Absolutely management is the problem. My "woke" manager was a joke and did nothing but come in late, if they even showed up at all. Then just texted all day, even in meetings. Their phone was constantly beeping or flashing with a never ending stream of texts. Texting was their priority. This "manager" had zero clue about what was going on and was absolutely useless in doing anything related to the business, but they still had big time manager attitude and did nothing but alienate everyone on the team. But, Woke Boeing still saw it fit to give them the manager title and office in order to check the box on some scorecard.

Management is the bigger problem. Most of the managers can’t do the job of the people they’re managing they don’t know how.

Don’t worry, when 2024 comes around for a new contract. Bye Bye union wages & benefits for WA puget sound employees. Boeing is packing up & moving to a right to work state. Where you really get paid the right wage for being a uneducated production worker. 🤣🤣🤣

Get rid of union and you have to wait a whole year to get "another one". by that time ALL your benefits and rights currently in your contract will be thrown out the door the next day. Try giving better advice mo--n.

There are no boomers at Boeing except in the executive ranks. The boomers took their pensions in lump sums and left years ago. There are only fools in the working ranks these days. Fools without pensions who will soon be without Boeing.

Boeing needs to do something about all the lazy millennials and gen Z employees. Most are more worried about their tik-tok and social media posts than actually working and making Boeing a success. Rampant quality issues, FOD and hurt feelings are stifling progress. None of them have any work ethics. They all want a participation trophy for showing up to work at the last second.
