The oilfield aspect of the Halliburton system will certainly decline and expire.
There are other aspects of the big H perhaps you are not aware of.
Developed over the years, since 2000 at least, but quite lucrative.
Have you heard of Wagner? That's the Russky version of this profitable biz.
