Hi everyone, being in USR SDS, the last that I heard was we are going to get 150% bonus this year. There has been no communication since then. Haven't had 1x1 with my manager where we discuss about year end review. Not sure, if we are going to get any bonus this year.

I'm on the Corporate plan. My manager told me last week that we would know our payouts early this week and they would be paid on 3/27 (tomorrow). She told me this week that the payouts were delayed. I don't know why, but it all seems fishy. I suspect they will not payout and then just expect us to be happy for still having a job in the days of COVID19. SMH!!!

What is USR SDS?
Bonus information will be sent Monday or Tuesday of next week. It is expected to be paid out in April. It doesn't sound like the company wants to take it away, but definitely don't expect a bonus in 2021.
Is this really confirmed? Haven’t had my review yet but it doesn’t sound right.
Is the bonus cancelled or just delayed?
This really makes me sick. We worked so hard throughout the year. We were told we are a high performing team in SDS retail. And not having our bonus this year after all those talk will definitely won't help the morale of everyone involved.
I would sue if they blame Covid 19.
There is a rumor that there will be no payout this year because of covid19 but I haven’t seen anything formal yet. May just be some business units...
