It's spelled LAID.

Down to just the lifers now.
They just laid off 20 from the Tampa office. The Union didn’t even fight to save the jobs. They just sent out an email. Complete BS. Union stewards embezzle money from the union and are in bed with management.
what a sh-thole
Left Tampa in October by choice, so many better companies to work for. Was 25 years union and don't miss it.
I’m a supervisor but I won’t say which call center. It is getting bad and we have been instructed to fire employees. One of my reps was observed passing gas on the phone and the customer heard it. The customer asked my rep if she passed has. My rep was embarrassed and denied doing it. We did an investigation and the rep did indeed pass gas. I was forced to fire the rep for a customer mistreat. I feel terrible.

Ohh I haven't worked for frontier for a while, I got a better job offer with an actual career path and better pay. But no, unless you're a useless manager/dir/vp then your position will likely be eliminated and replaced by vendors or contractors. Unless you're a useless manager/dir/vp where all you know how to do is repeat Nikki's talking points.
Alien NOC shut down
"Don't worry sweetheart.. the windows 7 pcs and laptops, the systems that are still designed for IE and all the other ridiculous security issues around here.. a few spelling errors is the least of your concern. All the 10+year old computer's.. ohh and how short staffed we are.. I know a few techs that have waited over a month to get their own stuff worked on."
Oh, I'm not worried 'Sweetheart' - I heard all the new PCs went to the people who were going to be kept on. Guess you're next, been fun workin' with ya.

There were 62 in FL dispatch laid off in November then 16 tech support reps from Tampa laid off in December. Nothing else since then, the FL people are still in the bumping process
I've heard 24 or so in FL, including "bumping" 14 of 18 generalists (call takers/ticket makers) out of their jobs, replaced by people with more years.
Yes, what states and depts? Inquiring minds....
What State?
Sympathies to those losing their jobs.
"60 More layed off"
- Layed - is that a word? Spelling never a strong point of the armchair generals on this site. Should tell you all you need to know....
hahahahahaha..........
