So many keep saying they're looking for new jobs and can't wait to leave, but is that really true? Are you honestly looking to leave or are you just venting because you're unhappy here but you know full well that this is still one of the best companies and jobs to have here?

The two things are not mutually exclusive. I'm unhappy and I'm venting here all the time. I'm also leaving as soon as I get a chance.
