@4ajl+16mBH1ZY good luck with that. Many lawsuits have been filed against many companies across the country. All have been thrown out.

First, you have to prove they got it at work. If they have gone anywhere else in the past week or anyone in your house has gone anywhere in the past week and could have brought it home, your screwed.

But let's say you can prove it. Then, you have to prove the COMPANY and not the individual who exposed them was negligent. Boeing has an entire website where it says all the right things. You will fail.

But, if you like throwing money down the toilet when you might get laid off any day. Call a lawyer, they will take your money.

Its not right, but it is the law. The burden is on you to prove it. And if you can't, guess who is on the layoff list next. Hard to prove retaliation in the middle of a pandemic. A lot of people are getting let go.

If you just don't like money, feel free to send it to me.

Things aren't going well in Irving TX either. A head inspector was exposed to virus by another employee. Had to be sent home for two weeks for further testing. Wife has already contacted a firm about filing on Boeing and the managers at the site.

Incorrect TBC executive management decisions and vision,
Poor execution by mid-level management of the business plans, and
Incompetent actions by the lower level managers for each of the machinists and engineering organizations....

Led to the degradation of the TBC's high-expertise of engineering knowledge and the deterioration of the highly-skilled labor forces.

Investigation on the 2-crashes isn't over yet. People will still be going to prison. Once the max is re-certified for service, the second round of the investigations begin. With the FBI involved and the FAA, this on-going will be on-going.

And they k–led 346 people, destroyed their families and nobody went to sleep in jail a single night.
