Is it true that this place has gotten even less stable over the last 3 years? I left 3 years ago and a recruiter has been contacting me to return. They see disorganized and after 4 hours of interviewing still haven’t figured out who is the hiring manager!
I'm hearing there will be an announcement this week, at least in Renn. Seems we are being re-orged and on top of that there will be an announcement about 401k.

Hire-fire-bring in contractors-contractors disappear. Constant blame game when things go wrong. Watch your back document everything make sure you have your resume' ready for when HR comes knocking.
What a cr---y place to work basically bring in foreign nationals who are desperate for a job in the US and threaten them with discipline and job loss if they don't work many hours of uncompensated overtime.

Total of 6 people were laid off yesterday. A few senior personnel, one of which resulted in liquidating the librarian function.
wow and we are also the 476th most revered mid sized company in the USA. Yippee!!!
