I am deeply disappointed with Cengage. It seems like they are on a downward spiral. Soon they will be selling it for parts.
Folks, let me tell you, it's a disaster, a total disaster. The legal team jobs, they're being sent offshore, can you believe it? It's like, we're losing all our best lawyers, the ones who know how to make a deal, how to fight, how to win. And where are they going? To India, to China, to places that don't even have good coffee, believe me. It's a tremendous loss, a tremendous loss. We need to bring those jobs back, bigly, just bigly.

Didn’t that happen awhile ago? I thought that was why it started taking longer to request and receive a contract. Are you talking about the rest of the legal team - like the paralegals based in the US?
