Need admin access to G1P SHARP. Report PA20. Type 0008 (BasicPay). Click the eye glasses. Bo-m. You see your raise (if you got one)
Upstream curve 6%
Downstream/Product Solutions curve 5%
Corporate functions (IT, Controller, etc) curve 2.5%
Company average 4%
30-40% of employees will get 0%. Get out while you can.
@2sbb Trust me, all these disgruntled RE-types are blast-applying everywhere. They’re still at EM because they’re not getting offers.
Whenever we interview them, we find out that they have a company-specific knowledge base with no real transferable skills. They also flunk culture questions; every senior level O&G guy I’ve interviewed was either a bigot or trying to hide being a bigot in order to get hired. Thanks but no thanks.
How do u see ur raise in SAP?
@5fjw+1pP9ZoZk
Just got mine. CL26 - Outstanding ranking - just over 10% raise, no CL bump. RSU notification to come in the next few weeks
Excellent - little under 5%
Best of luck everyone
Looked up my raise in SAP. OCA, about 4%. No promo to next CL. Didn’t have to wait for manager to tell me my raise. Got disappointed all by myself.
These raises are frighteningly low!
I guess they don’t have to eliminate the pension after all. They can reduce their liability by making sure those close to retirement make less each year in actual dollar terms by giving raises waaay below inflation.
I do remember about 2014 when most of us went several years with no raise and then they said raises were back and have everyone a couple hundred dollars per year increase. Nothing new about what you are seeing unfortunately.
@4ngc+1pP9ZoZk…..Even less in Clinton, can’t make this stuff up
For all the people on here that work in an office and keep complaining about getting replaced please know the company did a study during COVID and determined that the office personnel did on average 1.3 hours a work per day so you shouldn’t be surprised they are doing everything in their power to eliminate your job or force you to take on more work to justify keeping you. This is an oil and gas company so the only jobs that aren’t truly replaceable are the field jobs where people actually make the company money.
VG and 2%. I'm pi---d. I'm doing the work of 10 people, the supervisor want me to train my replacement in BTC. From now on I'll tell them to f u-k off. Let the plant blow up. I don't care anymore. 2% pleces of shlt.
In order to get your raise, you do know company will need to force people to leave to meet those financial targets. Cost of oil is not increasing and there is nowhere to go on improving efficiency. So longer hours with more work on your plate and training your replacement in a low cost country.
Low this year. Excellent gets you less than 4%.
E - 3.5% crazy low. good luck all.
Just got 5%
@1rbg+1pP9ZoZk The good news is the raise you will get from him is not going to be more than 4 inches long (oops, meant to say 4%).
So, the employees should be able to take it without too much screaming the name of their chosen Deity when receiving it up their you know what.........................
@1uhl - that is entirely the point. The Asian content 8% is far less than the US content 8%.
@2wka+1pP9ZoZk So jealous, wish I was in BTC
20% and RSUs for me! #BTCRocks
@1uhl+1pP9ZoZk math much? That’s now how it works out…put some numbers to your feelings
Amounts are out 12/2
I see everyone saying they are cutting headcount’s, in my opinion they need to. There are so many employees that don’t add any value to the company and wouldn’t be missed if they let them go.
% increase data doesn't help very much anymore given the pay disparity in Asia. The data can easily be manipulated.
For example, 2,000 BTC and KLTC employees will get 16% increase and 2,000 US employees get 0% so the average looks good at 8% increase.
@1fdh+1pP9ZoZk you may want to look at the headcount for those companies. It's not as high as you may think and just think about how many will leave before being Integrated with EM.
In the US and Canada, 25% will get 0%. But as staTed by many, the objective is to significantly reduce the workforce in high cost countries. So this makes sense.
All this hate against EU HC10 countries, yet its the 3rd year with double digits. Looks only the US got the scewed.
@1rbg+1pP9ZoZk Darren has only a small raise for you… explains why he’s such a axxhole
Darren has a big raise just for you
BTC merit is double digits. Su-ks for you USA!
@1uhg+1pP9ZoZk remember that these are averages that vary by location. In the HC10 the raises will be close to zero because Darren doesn't want you here. he wants you to leave, die, get PIPed, go. In India the raises will be a lot higher than these numbers.
4% average merit increase. Save your $ and stop 🛑 buying new Tesla
O - 8%
E - 6.5%
VG - 5.5%
G - 4%
NI - 2.5%
NSI - 0
Big boss said if I didn't know my raise already, then I already know what I need to know.
He's so funny sometimes.
Boss told me next week I'd know
4% merit increase in the US. Almost nothing for you promotion.
Below inflation, but not bad considering they are actively replacing the workforce.
Someone posted that they should be communicating with management on 11/28. Has anyone heard what the percentages for each level are?
My supervisor told us the raises are "limited" this year.
