Considering an offer to work at Gartner. I see this board is not very active, which is a great sign! Anything I should know before joining? Thank you!

My advice to you is to not join.
Gartner will give you a bullsh-t title that is far more senior than in reality.
Merit increased will be low and the only people that count are those leaders that have been there 20 years.
During your interview process- Did anyone interview with their actual hiring manager before doing a project or a case study?
Not a place where POC are respected
Gartner is a great company. These comments are atrocious.
Why? Have you personally seen impact to POC?
If you are currently employed do not leave your job for a job at Gartner
It is super white boys network kind of company
The growth is for those from HQ in Stanford
All others are expandable
I am also considering a position. What doe this comment mean?
I wouldn't recommend if you are POC.
