VP and above have been in discussions. Less emotion, more reality in those meetings. There will be significant restructuring too to cut fat at director and above. Stay tuned
current plan is to have 25-35 stores. rest will close in 2-3 years time.
Nonsense plain and simple.
Soo.. how did you come across that information?

@bleak
Online sales making up 50% of sales is referring to Nordstrom.com only and does the included Nordstrom rack.com. The rack has very little traction online as compared to FLX, it was around 15 percent pre-covid. Nordstrom.com isn’t great, however rack website is bloody awful. If they forecast FLX online sales to continue at 50% they really need to adjust there store base. Most expects agreed Nordstrom would do better with around 60-80 stores & these estimates were pre-covid. Lord knows Nordstrom doesn’t need 5 FLX stores in the Boston area. Keep Natick close the rest. North & South Shore do less then most of the stores on the last 16 list.
Cheers
Noticed the sales outlook release today.

"Its digital business will make up 50% of total sales, compared with 33% in 2019." OK ...
"Bramman said the company expects Rack to make up half of its sales in the near future." Fine ...
Where does FLS fit in if online + Rack is 100% of sales?
Well, where’s the fat? Who’s not pulling their weight?
