Is this HR or management making the last comment? Good job Kelly.

Lol, look at the attitudes here. People that think sh*t performers shouldn't be managed. You literally ki-led thousands of people with your incompetence. Not the C-Suite's, YOURS as well. You are all complicit.
Great to see the kind of mindset behind Boeing employees and why so many lost their lives and now the company is going broke. Good riddance.
So, you are saying as a Boeing manager, you have been told before-hand to issue several PIP's a year. Who's telling you to do that? Don't you find that unethical??
Hey bud why don't you grow a pair and stand-up and point out that's not right.
I'm a manager and they tell me to get a few on PIP every year. I certainly can't say no or they will put me on PIP.
Hone your skills and experience to the point where it would be painful for the company to lose you. This will also give you the ability to find another job with ease or even another position within the company. The job offers will come occasionally and at convenient timing on LinkedIn, control your own career and destiny
- 9999 PIPs are retaliatory. Prepare to fight hard and bring facts to the game. Management has a hard enough time spelling their own names let alone having any facts on people, places or things.
@3tnw+1vEIIo5X while I'd bet there are HR rats here, the voting is skewed by some dipsh-t that likes to use incognito instances to "even" the votes up.
Could be an HR rat, I mean we know they have nothing better to do.
Hey HR rats...I see you are here down-voting posts.

Whats a PIP?
Don't lose your self esteem over it. Just hearing the same things repeated at this internet site and others will assure you that you are not the problem. Boeing can't hide it because it's all over the internet.
PIP is just a mask for the company to wear to cover up the blant harassment and hostile work environment Boeing has always been a part of. We have a people problem because of a mismanaged company that created this culture of H_ll.
Start being responsible for you and stop blaming someone else... Clearly if you're on a PIP, then your work ethic wasnt good to begin with...
Yep 100%. I've witnessed PIP's being weilded like we-pons on people, it's disgusting. I've been threatened in last few weeks with one myself...when in reality its pi-s-poor management that is root of the problem.
Boeing is downright spiteful to employees who have been issued, PIPs in most cases unjustifiably. 10 out of 10 employees issued PIPs at Boeing are terminated. Boeing HR purposely defines PIPs to ensure employee failure.
What PIPs allows Boeing to do, which is their real motivation on slapping them on employees, is to allow Boeing to terminate employees without having to pay the effected employees unemployment benefits or their full PTO, dollar for dollar. It is also a career ki-ler having received a PIP from Boeing. If you are foolish to use Boeing as a reference, after separating with Boeing which is nearly impossible not to, Boeing, HR, when contacted will go out of their way to hurt your chances of the job offer standing, Boeing HR may even suggest to the prospective employer to withdraw the job offer to you, and there lies how spiteful Boeing can be.
Yes I noticed this too. I get the impression managers got a memo to crack down on anything and everything. “You got up from your desk and looked in the wrong direction, sorry that means you’re a terrible performer.”
